STEP 1 – Registration
Employer signs the contract with Mint for Salary disbursement.
Mint signs up workers for participation in other Value Added Services
Mint invests into infrastructure for disbursement of salary
Mint manages & runs the entire process end to end
STEP 2 – Salary Disbursement
Employer sends SIF and the funds to its Bank
Bank sends the SIF file and the funds to WPS system
WPS processes the file and the approved Payroll File is send to MINT as well as Partner Bank.
The payroll funds for the corresponding Payroll File (sent to Mint) is credited to Partner Bank.
On receiving approval from Partner Bank regarding the confirmation of funds, Mint loads salary in the payroll cards.
